What is the other direction (ie; between the handlebar clamps)
.., as that can also be another possible option to locate an accessory mounting plate for power charging plugs like 12 volt ciggie lighter type or USB.
This location makes it neat n’ tidy and convenient to run a charging plug straight from this location directly into your tank bag for charging items (like cameras, phones etc) without having cables going everywhere.

These bars are something I will be getting rid of quick smart, and replace them with a set of combo risers / bar adapters – so I can install some aftermarket oversize Tapered handle bars.
I want something stronger , lighter, flexible, and more forgiving, while being better looking as well …, like the ;
* 1 1/8″ Pro Taper Contours – Aluminium Bars.
These are more tidy looking also as they do not need the centre bar , like the stock Steel bars has. Many sizes and colour options available
(note; with the pro tapers .., there is a centre bar clamp on attachment option – ie; if you feel that you really must have it)
